The Custom-Flow Elite Series 5th Wheel Vented Tailgate is contoured to match the shape of your truck. The top has a V-notch to make trailer hook-ups easy. The louvered, flow through design increases fuel economy and improves rear visibility. The louvers have a tubular design for extra strength and good looks. It has a center-pull, lockable handle and rotary latches. It is made from galvanneal steel for better corrosion protection and has a black powder coat finish. It comes completely assembled for fast, easy installation. A tailgate insert is sold separately to cover the space of the 5th wheel opening. The insert can be used when you are not towing for extra security if you have a tonneau cover.
