2 IN DROP FOR HITCHES
One of the plow part parts most easily switched to make your snow removal jobs quicker and easier is the cutting edge. The Meyer Home Plow has a standard steel edge which can be swapped out for either a rubber or polyurethane model. These 2 types of edges are better for more delicate surfaces like gravel or paving stones. You just have to decide how rigid you want your plow edge to be. You can also add a set of skid shoes to keep the edge of your snow plow from coming into direct contact with the surface. A definite plus if you want to keep your steel cutting edge on to deal with compacted snow.
